immediate sense of the building’s purpose;
a starting point for possibility and creation,
where the flow of light and energy from the
tropical surroundings ignites the potential in
its occupants.

The two-storey building manages to
maintain a balance of explicit learning with
the flexibility of utilising other collaborative
