There were big grins galore for the official
launch of Sauce, Cairns’ newest brewpub,
on October 8. Local ale-lovers can now
find a quirky collection of craft beers on
tap, paired with jazzed-up pub grub and
locally-sourced spirits. Drop in for some
Sauce on 38 Lake St, Thursday to Sunday.
