           COCKTAIL RECIPES
           Sam Kennis from Three Wolves,
           Flamingo’s and Wolf Lane
           Distillery with some make-at-
           home cocktail tips.

           In this edition of Served By
           Sam, it’s all about gin and the
           different cocktails that gin can
           be used in. During the COVID-19
           lockdown period, I’m sure we all
           experimented with some cocktail
           ideas at home. I bet some were
           great… while others maybe not so
           much! To keep you on the right
           track, I’ve put together a few
           simple cocktails for you to try in the
           comfort of your own home.
























             GIN MOJITO                        CLOVER CLUB                      GIN OLD FASHIONED
             Ingredients                       Ingredients                      Ingredients
             60ml Wolf Lane Tropical Gin       45ml Wolf Lane Davidson Plum     60ml Wolf Lane Sherry Barrel
             1-2 teaspoons of sugar            Gin                              Aged Gin
             Half a lime cut into quarters     15ml Raspberry Syrup             10-15ml cinnamon sugar syrup
             6-8 mint leaves                   15ml lemon juice                 2 dashes orange bitters
