             on a four-week health challenge
             in collaboration with social media
             influencer and friend Maddi Wright.

                                                                    It is very common for people to start to feel changes

                                                                    on the scales or in the mirror, but they might be
                                                                    less bloated, sleeping better, or being in a better
                                                                    mood. Remaining positive and focusing on the great
                                                                    changes you are feeling is what will get you over the
                                                                    line in the long term. Nail the process of eating well

             What were your main hurdles in the health challenge?  What did you love?
             Prioritising myself and making the time to train more regularly.   How strong my body feels. Before my training with Elias at
