             Four-step cocktails


              GIN
             Who says you need fancy ingredients to enjoy
             a tropical cocktail at home?

             It’s no secret that one of the favourite home iso activities is

                                                                                GRAPEFRUIT SPRITZ
                                                                                30ml Wolf Lane Tropical Gin
                                                                                60ml ruby grapefruit juice
                                                                                Soda water
                                                                                Method Add gin and grapefruit juice
                                                                                to a large wine glass. Fill with ice.
                                                                                Stir and top with soda water.
                                                                                Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.





                                                                                DAVIDSON PLUM SOUR
                                                                                60ml Wolf Lane Davidson Plum Gin
                                                                                30ml lemon juice (fresh works best)
                                                                                15ml sugar syrup*
                                                                                15ml aquafaba*
                                                                                Method Add all ingredients into
                                                                                a cocktail shaker. Add ice and hard shake
                                                                                until cocktail shaker is cold. Strain into
                                                                                cocktail coupe (you can use a tea strainer).
                                                                                Garnish with a lemon peel.
