                 Instagrammable treats from
                 Ah-Room dessert café off
                 Lake Street.









                          MATCHA GANACHE TART
                          If you are a matcha lover, this tart is for you.
                          A rich, authentic tasting matcha is combined
                          with white chocolate to make the ganache,
                          which is then encased in a crispy shell. The tart
                          is then adorned with a smooth matcha cream
                          and dusted in matcha powder.




                                                    SIGNATURE DACQUOISE
                                                    Dacquoise is a layered almond
                                                    meringue with a spongy texture
                                                    – crisp on the outside, and soft
                                                    and moist on the inside. There
                                                    are nine flavours to choose from
                                                    when it comes to the meringue’s
                                                    filling: matcha, mango,
                                                    passionfruit, earl grey, tiramisu,
                                                    salted caramel, blueberry,
                                                    strawberry yoghurt, or
                                                     an-butter. My favourite’s the
                                                    passionfruit!










                                                             PLUM ADE
                                                             Ah-Room serves not only
                                                             sweet treats, but delicious
                                                             drinks too. Next time you’re
                                                             there try a sparkling ade
                                                             – if you can ever choose
                                                             a flavour! Grapefruit,
                                                             blood plum, kiwi,
                                                             strawberry, yuzu lemonade,
                                                             passionfruit and mango are
                                                             just some on the menu.
