Future Botanica residents take an active
approach to shaping their new community
The Botanica community is already
blossoming following a recent luncheon
held for Botanica’s first buyers at the
beautiful Bluewater Bar and Grill at Trinity
Park. This was a wonderful opportunity
for the residents to meet their future
neighbours over lunch and a couple of
glasses of wine. Future residents were
able to discuss the inner workings of the
community with the Botanica team, ask
questions, provide recommendations
and enjoy an exclusive construction
update.
The resort is built on the foundations
of wellness, happiness, safety and
cultivating a balanced lifestyle. The five
star facilities have been designed to
cater for a diverse community of like-
minded people with varying interests
and Botanica’s dynamic and supportive
team will always be available to provide
a helping hand.
In line with this ethos, the Botanica team
asked their future residents to review and
give recommendations on ‘a typical
week in the life of a Botanica resident’,
which included happy hours, exercise
classes, sports and creative groups and
movie nights at the cinema.
With Stage 2 now available Botanica is
excited to welcome even more residents
to their growing community within the
next few months.
