Tropic guide: The Cairns cafes that are open for Sunday brunch
Here at Tropic, we love a good Sunday brunch ... so you can understand our angst when we rock up to one of our fave cafes on a Sunday morning, to find it closed.
We get it: Cairns is all about the lifestyle and cafe owners should also be entitled to a slice of that pie.
If you're in a tourist spot, like the Northern Beaches, it won't be a problem.
But in the city, which caters mostly to weekday workers, the number of cafes open on weekends definitely drops.
So we've done the work (not entirely altruistically) to find out what's open when you're craving that Sunday morning coffee and cuisine hit.
