Anyone who was at the tobacco sales counter by the Lake Street entrance on Sunday, 1 August, between 8.39am and 8.57am must follow the relevant health directions.
This includes immediately home quarantining, getting a test at the earliest opportunity, and remaining in home quarantine along with anyone who resides with you for 14 days from being at the venue.
Close contacts must also complete a contact tracing form here.
Cairns residents are reminded to regularly check the list of exposure sites.
Queensland Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young said some of the new cases in the state's south-east were detected on days 10, 11 and 12 of their home quarantine period.
“You can see cases continue to pop up so just come forward and get tested if you have any symptoms at all," she said.

"Thank you so much to those people in Cairns."
Anyone who’s visited in the ACT since 9 August must also now quarantine at home until 14 days from being there.
Canberra recorded four COVID-19 cases yesterday and subsequently entered a seven-day lockdown.
There are currently 158 active cases across Queensland.
The Minister for Health and Ambulance Services Yvette D'Ath said Queensland's vaccination rates are encouraging.
“23.07% have had their second dose," she said.
“We are seeing that number going up every day now which is fantastic.”
Dr Young is urging people, particularly over the age of 60, to immediately get their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine if they haven't already.
"I don’t know when our next outbreak will happen, [but] we will get another outbreak," she said.
"There’s no time to delay."
Cairns residents aged 18 and over can get a COVID-19 vaccine at pharmacies, with no appointment or GP referral needed.
